Weiser, Ilan

Ilan Weiser is a litigation associate at Shulman Kessler LLP. Mr. Weiser represents individuals who have been the victims of workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and minimum wage and overtime violations. His practice encompasses all aspects of employment law litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and litigating on behalf of both individuals and in class actions.

Mr. Weiser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, where he double-majored in Political Science and Spanish Literature. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Weiser is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Weiser has a passion for world travel, and has completed study-abroad programs in both Madrid and Barcelona, Spain. Prior to joining Shulman Kessler LLP, Mr. Weiser was a summer associate at the law firm of M&M Bomchil in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Weiser is proficient in both Spanish and Hebrew.
