Kenneth Liu helps businesses and nonprofits protect their intellectual property, including advising them on: trademark selection, registration, and enforcement; comprehensive branding strategies; negotiation of license agreements; litigation/dispute resolution; and management of international trademark portfolios. Mr. Liu also counsels clients on Internet, domain name, software, music, and other copyright issues, including licenses and vendor agreements; social media risk management; and website policies and audits.
Additionally, Mr. Liu helps to establish nonprofit corporations, apply for federal tax exemption, and advise on compliance with federal and state regulations.
Mr. Liu joined Gammon & Grange, P.C. in 2001 and became a director in 2008. He counsels clients from a broad range of sectors including small businesses, small and large nonprofits, and churches and other religious organizations. He actively provides pro bono services to low-income individuals as President of Good Samaritan Advocates, a faith-based legal aid organization.
