Zachary D. Wechsler provides clients with a full range of legal services including the defense of all licensed professionals facing discipline, license suspension, revocation due to convictions for moral turpitude, substance abuse or other issues. Mr. Wechsler has represented clients before Administrative Panels, State Agencies, Trial and Appellate Courts including attorneys facing State Bar discipline and applicants with moral character considerations. Among Mr. Wechsler's clients are attorneys facing State Bar discipline and applicants to the State Bar with Moral Character considerations are licensed health-care professionals such as physicians, dentists, RNs, LVNs, psychologists, as well as other health care professionals and other business professionals such as real estate salespersons and brokers, insurance brokers, contractors, and even thoroughbred jockeys, trainers and owners who face professional discipline. Mr. Wechsler's skills include provision of business and employment consultation advice, negotiations and mediation. Mr. Wechsler is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of California who was appointed to the Committee of Bar Examiners ("CBE") by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of California He served on the CBE from 2000 through 2004. He is a Los Angeles County Superior Court certified mediator who formerly served on the paid and unpaid mediation and arbitration panels of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He is currently a member of the Southern California Mediation Association. In addition, Mr. Wechsler served on the California Appellate Project, a court sponsored program for indigent defendants.

Mr. Wechsler received his law degree, cum laude, from Loyola Law School, where he was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. He was honored with the American Jurisprudence Awards for highest grade in Legal Writing and Corporations and received the highest grade in more than a half dozen other classes. Therefore, he was the recipient of the Faculty Academic Honors Scholarship. He was elected Vice President of the Saint Thomas More Honor Society and was admitted as a member of the venerable legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. He also served as an extern for the honorable Justice Sheila Prell Sonenshine in the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three.

Currently, Zach Wechsler is a member of the of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) and its Legal Referral Service (LRIS); the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the LAX-Coastal Area Chamber of Commerce, the California Association of Disciplinary Defense Counsel (CADDC), the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals (CAAHCP) and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL). He is also a founding member of the Academy of Professional Licensing Attorney.

Mr. Wechsler has been admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
