Weinberg, Jolie Gelman

Mark Lipkin has over 15 years experience as a tough Houston lawyer. As a former Harris County Deputy his knowledge spans both sides of the law. After achieving a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, Mark Lipkin joined his family business and prospered until the mid 80's when he decided pursue the exciting career of law enforcement. Spending many years as a Deputy with the Harris County Sheriff's office, he decided to go to law school and attended the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Achieving his license from the Supreme Court of Texas he started his own practice focusing in Criminal Defense, Family Law, Wills and Probate, Juvenile Law, and Child Protective Services Assistance.

With this experience on both sides of the law, Houston Lawyer Mark Lipkin will fight both in and out of the courtroom for each and every client with regards to their unique, special case.
