Robert E. Linkin is a partner with Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein. Mr. Linkin's practice focuses on class action litigation, commercial litigation and securities arbitration. Mr. Linkin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 with a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1995, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Prior to working at Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, Mr. Linkin was an a senior associate at Sacher, Zelman, Hartman, Paul, Beiley & Rolnick, P.A. in Miami. Mr. Linkin has also worked in both New York and Texas, where he practiced in the areas of both criminal and civil litigation, well as developing an active entertainment practice.
Mr. Linkin has handled various matters around the United States, handling more than 10 jury and judge trials from voir dire to completion. He is admitted to practice in Texas and is awaiting admission to the Florida Bar.
