Attorney Watson provides legal representation and counsel to clients in Probate Administration, Estate Planning, and Wills and Trusts, as well as Business Law, Employment Law, and Unemployment Law.
 
A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Dan is the newest attorney at McQuade O'Donohue, LLC. While in law school, Dan served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Edward G. Boyle, III of the Essex Probate and Family Law Court where he gained insight into the probate process, litigation, and dispute resolution.  He also interned at McQuade O'Donohue, assisting the firm with legal research and case preparation related to employment discrimination, and learning the skills necessary to help small and medium sized businesses resolve legal issues.

Prior to law school, Dan earned a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.  While at Bentley, Dan worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Hughey Center for Financial Services Trading Room, teaching classes in basic financial concepts and financial software.  He also interned with a Boston investment management firm, analyzing and valuing bonds.  Dan uses his financial training to assist clients in understanding their estate planning options.
