Weddle, Charles C.

Mr. Lipman is an associate with the firm and a member of the Mass Torts & Industry-Wide Litigation and Medical & Life Sciences Practice Groups. He focuses his legal practice primarily in the areas of complex mass torts litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Lipman also has experience in commercial real estate transactions and financing and corporate and securities law.

Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Lipman was an institutional commodities broker for a large New York City firm where he helped create and manage a successful energy brokerage desk and developed and managed global relationships with energy traders and marketers at multinational energy companies and investment banks. Mr. Lipman also has practical experience as a financial consultant and provided investment management services to small to mid-size businesses and individual clients.
