Barry Wayne is Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. Over his approximate 27 year career, Mr. Wayne has represented parties in virtually all facets of marital and family law matters.  His former clients include corporate officers from a variety of endeavors; physicians, attorneys, financial and other professionals; professional athletes; and their spouses.  He received his B.A. with honors in 1983 from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a major in Economics and concentration in Accounting.  He received his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1986, where he was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal National Moot Court Board and served on the Honor Court.  He has served on the Advisory Board of Keiser University in Miami-Dade County. Mr. Wayne was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986 and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida in 1987.  Mr. Wayne is the Vice Chairperson of the Florida Bar Marital and Family Law Certification Committee for 2012-2013.  He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.  Mr. Wayne has been featured in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, South Florida Legal Guide’s Top Lawyers and Law and Politics list of Florida Super Lawyers.  He has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America.  Mr. Wayne has continuously received the highest rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell. ***
