Before joining Wessler & Wasserman in 2007, Attorney Wasserman practiced law in Salem, MA for sixteen years, specializing in housing issues, especially childhood lead poisoning, housing discrimination, and manufactured housing. Prior to opening his Salem office, Mr. Wasserman was a partner with Barmack, Boggs & Wasserman in Lynn and was a housing staff attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services, also in Lynn.
Attorney Wasserman has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General under contract with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, working with the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program.
Attorney Wasserman has written on several topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) including childhood lead poisoning and manufactured housing (mobile homes).
Mr. Wasserman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Northeastern University School of Law.
