Gabe Libhart joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2012 and is an associate in the firm’s transactional real estate department.  

Mr. Libhart’s practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and workouts.  Mr. Libhart currently represents owners, developers, and tenants of commercial and retail properties primarily in New York City.

Mr. Libhart also represents real estate clients on a wide range of bankruptcy and restructuring issues, including the representation of landlord and tenant creditors in chapter 11 cases.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Mr. Libhart was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP where he represented debtors and significant creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
