Watkins, Harold L.

Mr. Warner is an associate attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC.  He is licensed to practice law in the States of Missouri and Kansas.

Mr. Warner Received a B. S. in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Services from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.

Mr. Warner Received his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn School of Law located in Topeka, Kansas.  Following law school, Mr. Warner practiced for 8 years in the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services where he established paternity actions as well as established, modified and enforced child support obligations.  After leaving Child Support Enforcement, Mr. Warner joined Kansas Legal Services where he practiced for over two years representing clients in a variety of domestic relations litigation including divorce, protection from abuse and stalking orders, guardianship/conservatorship, paternity and child support matters.

Mr. Warner is based out of the firm's St. Louis (Brentwood) Office.
