Ms. Wann frequently writes and speaks about workers' compensation in Indiana. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), serving as a member of the Committee on Committees and is a past management co-chair of the Worker's Compensation Division of the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section. She is admitted to practice in both Indiana and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Wann was born in Noblesville, Indiana, and received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1975. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1989.

Ms. Wann joined Ice Miller in 1990 after graduating from law school. He is a member of Kid's Chance of Indiana, Founding Member; Board Member, 1996 to present; National Arabian Horse Association and the Indiana Arabian Horse Association.
