Timothy Lewendon is an associate with Coan, Lewendon, Gulliver & Miltenberger, LLC, practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Bankruptcy and Litigation.
Mr. Lewendon joined the firm in 2011 after an internship with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Trial Division, where he prepared pleadings, motions and assisted in trial preparation in the defense of various state agencies.
During his final year of law school Mr. Lewendon interned for the Justices of the Family and Probate Court in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Lewendon conducted research on the new Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and wrote research memoranda to the Justices on evolving mixed issues in the areas of immigration and family law.
Also at New England Law | Boston, Mr. Lewendon was a student attorney at the school’s legal services office. Mr. Lewendon represented low-income clients in divorce, child custody, and guardianship matters. Mr. Lewendon appeared in court on behalf of his clients and negotiated with opposing attorneys. Mr. Lewendon maintains a vigorous commitment to Public Interest Law.
After obtaining his B.A. in Philosophy from San Diego State University Mr. Lewendon received his law degree from New England Law | Boston in 2011. Mr. Lewendon is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut and is a native of Hamden, CT.
