Ms. Walsh's diverse civil practice is nationwide in scope and includes the defense of personal injury claims as well as product liability and commercial disputes. Her representative clients include transportation, manufacturing, elevator and escalator companies for whom she defends wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and property damage claims.
Ms. Walsh earned her J.D., high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2009. While at Rutgers, Ms. Walsh was an Associate Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, as well as an active participant in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She also completed a legal internship with the Honorable Joel Schneider, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Walsh earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in English from The College of New Jersey in 2006. She was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honor Society, and was published in The Review, Sigma Tau Delta’s national journal.
Prior to joining Ansa Assuncao, Ms. Walsh served as a District Representative for Congressman Robert E. Andrews, First District of New Jersey, where she advocated on behalf of constituents in health insurance, real estate, and employment matters.
Ms. Walsh is admitted to practice in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
