Mr. Levy is an associate in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on insurance litigation issues related primarily to property loss, coverage disputes, and professional liability for errors and omissions. Mr. Levy represents major property and casualty insurers on both a national and regional basis. His practice includes representation in state and federal court.
Mr. Levy received his B.S. in 2000 from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. in 2003 from Rutgers Law School - Camden. Upon graduation, he clerked for the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, conducting legal research and assisting the administrative law judges in issuing opinions in a wide array of regulatory matters. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
