Mr. Levy is a partner in the Litigation Department. He concentrates on areas of civil trial practice involving science and technology, including environmental, toxic tort, products liability, health care, construction, and premises liability matters.
Mr. Levy has taught advocacy and trial practice to legal and paralegal students and has frequently lectured to professional societies and businesses who encounter recurring litigation. He serves as national litigation counsel to corporations party to thousands of lawsuits nationwide.
Mr. Levy received his B.A., with distinction, from George Washington University in 1979 and his J.D. in 1982 from Temple University School of Law. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Mr. Levy is admitted to local federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of numerous civic groups as well as the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Mr. Levy has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
