Benjamin I. Levine, Jr., was born on November 20, 1935 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Dickinson College in 1957 and his Juris Doctor from Dickinson School of Law in 1962. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1963 and to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1965. He has been an instructor in Business Law at the Pennsylvania State University at Altoona since 1975. Mr. Levine is currently a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is an agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. He is a trustee and solicitor for C & G Savings Bank. He presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Altoona Regional Health System and is a member of the Board and Vice-Chairman of the Home Nursing Agency and Chairman of the Central Pennsylvania Medical Foundation. Mr. Levine concentrates his practice in the following areas: Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Wills/POA's/Living Wills/Trusts.
