REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS:
Major Institution Master Plans: Represented hospitals and universities in over a dozen City of Seattle master plan approval processes over the past 30 years.
Hospital and University Projects: Represented hospitals and universities in securing permits to build hospital wings, outpatient facilities, academic buildings, student housing, athletic facilities, and other structures, including the new University of Washington Husky Stadium.
Third Runway, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: Represented the Port of Seattle securing federal and state permits to build the Third Runway at Sea-Tac Airport. This was a $1 billion project that involved nearly 20 million cubic yards of fill, the relocation of a stream, and the filling/replacement of wetlands.
Sound Transit Light Rail: Represented Sound Transit in securing zoning amendments and permits to build the Link Light Rail project connecting downtown Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport.
