Raymond Levin practices law in the areas of zoning, environmental review, historic preservation and administrative law. Mr. Levin's undergraduate degree is in architecture. Before studying law, he served as a planner with the New York City Department of City Planning and as Director of the City's joint planning and development office in Coney Island. Mr. Levin is a magna cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Before entering private practice, Mr. Levin served as Counsel and Special Assistant for Development to the Borough President of Brooklyn.
