Waltz, Peter T.

Kenneth Levine concentrates his practice on insurance litigation. Mr. Levine is a founding member of Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton; acts as its Chief Financial Officer and oversees the firm's Reinsurance Practice Group. Mr. Levine focuses his practice on prosecuting and defending reinsurance and retrocessional claims in arbitrations and in courts of law. In this capacity, he further counsels clients as to reinsurance arrangements, contractual wordings, coverage analysis, claim presentations and dispute resolution.

Mr. Levine serves as the President of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), an association comprised of more than 2,000 members that offers a forum for education, training, networking and sharing of information in an effort to advance the pursuit of subrogation on an insurance industry-wide basis. Actively involved since the organization's inception in 1998, he also sits on NASP's Board of Directors and its Executive Committee.

Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leon Katz of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
