David P. Lemoie, while working on Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. matters, concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, corporate, and bankruptcy litigation, land use, and corporate transactions. Mr. Lemoie has extensive litigation and trial experience in complex commercial matters including contract disputes, insurance disputes, construction disputes and real property disputes. He also has experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy-related claims including fraudulent transfer and preference avoidance claims, and director and officer liability claims. With regard to corporate transactions, Mr. Lemoie represents shareholders, investors, and small to mid-size businesses in a private lending transactions, secured investments, and complex asset and equity purchase transactions.

Mr. Lemoie professional associations and memberships include the Florida Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Mr. Lemoie is a member of the Florida, Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the District of Rhode Island, the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Lemoie earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991, where he was a member of the moot court team and the trial team. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
