Abby Wakefield has represented clients in a number of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. She has assisted in the representation of industrial manufacturers, financial institutions, public utilities, real estate corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and numerous other corporate clients. Abby's substantive experience includes the defense of commercial class actions, contract and real estate disputes, actions arising under the False Claims Act, and securities arbitration. Abby has experience in various phases of litigation, including substantial experience in all phases of discovery and motions practice.
