Kelly's practice is concentrated in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Kelly has broad litigation experience in a variety of cases in state and federal court, including disputes involving contract claims, fiduciary duty claims, securities claims, business tort claims, property claims and professional malpractice claims.

Kelly also has extensive experience in both asserting and defending construction claims. She has represented property owners, developers, and contractors in numerous construction disputes.

Kelly has handled all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice and trial. She has successfully litigated, arbitrated, mediated and tried construction defect and real estate disputes.

Most recently, Kelly served as a member of the firm's litigation team representing The Network for Excellence in Washington Schools (NEWS) in the trial and Supreme Court appeal of the McCleary v. State case (challenging the State's underfunding of K-12 education).
