David Lehr is a former 13-year veteran of the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Lehr is eminently prepared to handle all manner of criminal cases, from violent assaults, robbery and complex fraud matters, to those involving drug and alcohol abuse. "During his tenure as a prosecutor, he demonstrated his substantial courtroom skills by bringing to verdict 99 jury trials. He also established an impressive record of resolving cases without trial, including over 1,000 felony cases in 2006 alone. Mr. Lehr has also practiced civil law in the areas of corporations, estate planning, bankruptcy and personal injury.
