Mr. Leibel has extensive trial experience in state and federal court. He has represented clients resolving disputes by jury and non-jury trials, arbitration, mediation and direct negotiations. Mr. Leibel is proficient in all types of civil litigation, including: defending and prosecuting ERISA claims; telecommunication disputes; commercial disputes among third parties; shareholders and/or partners; and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, seeking prejudgment relief such as sequestration and garnishments.
