Kerry Wagner has represented injured workers before the State Workers' Compensation court since 1992.  Prior to opening Wagner Law Firm, she was the lead attorney over the workers' compensation division of one of this state's largest plaintiff firms where she was in charge of all workers' compensation discovery, trials, negotiations and settlements.  Mrs. Wagner has sued most of the major companies in this state that deny their employees the benefits they are entitled to under the law.
