Kimberly Wade is a counsel in the Technology Transactions and Licensing Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.

Practice

Ms. Wade's practice focuses on intellectual property and technology licensing and transactions. She has represented biotechnology and information technology clients in transactions involving the development, licensing, manufacture, supply and commercialization of products and technology. Ms. Wade has also represented clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances in which intellectual property is a key business asset of one or more of the parties.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Wade was an associate in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm, where her practice focused on securing, evaluating and enforcing intellectual property rights and supporting the intellectual property aspects of a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financings.
