Bruce S. Leffler has been practicing real estate law for almost thirty years, representing owners, developers and tenants in the areas of financing, leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.

Bruce has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions, including the redevelopment of the Cross County Shopping Center in Westchester County, the development of the Thomson Reuters building at 3 Times Square and the acquisition and re-development project at 32 Avenue of the Americas, both in New York City. Bruce has represented borrowers in a wide range of complicated real estate financing transactions with major financial institutions, including construction financing for large New York City Metropolitan projects.

Bruce's representation of both owners and tenants in large office and retail lease negotiations gives him the experience to find the creative solutions required to finalize such transactions.

Bruce's practice has also included advising clients on various ownership structures and arrangements and in the review and drafting of a wide range of joint venture documention.

Bruce's prior litigation experience has allowed him to both craft inventive resolutions to adversarial situations and, in those limited instances when the firm's clients have found no alternative other than judicial recourse, strategically oversee outside counsel.

Bruce has been with Goldfarb & Fleece LLP since 1981 and became a partner in 1986.

Bruce has consistently been named as a New York "Super Lawyer."

Bruce is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Law Section, as well as The Real Estate Board of New York.

Bruce lives with his wife and two daughters in New York City.
