Mr. Vlasak focuses his practice on civil litigation for plaintiffs, including personal injury, employment and consumer actions. Many of his cases involve severe brain and neurological injuries to tenants from exposure to toxic substances, such as lead and carbon monoxide.
Mr. Vlasak earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia, where he was Staff Editor of Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Vlasak was an Adjunct Professor and taught courses including philosophy, ethics, and logic. Before founding Bracamontes & Vlasak and practicing plaintiffs' litigation, Mr. Vlasak gained experience at a Bay Area insurance defense firm.
Mr. Vlasak's significant achievements include million dollar results in toxic tort cases for plaintiffs.
