Ariana Voigt is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Ms. Voigt concentrates her practice in the fields of trademarks, copyrights, false advertising and unfair competition, including trademark enforcement, international and domestic trademark prosecution, trademark clearance searching, licensing and transactional due diligence issues.

Ms. Voigt handles trademark disputes through the opposition and cancellation stages; evaluates and advises clients about the existence of infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising issues; and counsels clients on the selection, clearance, and use of trademarks. She also evaluates, negotiates and drafts software, trademark and copyright agreements and licenses, and has significant experience counseling clients on trademark and other IP issues in business transactions. Additionally, Ms. Voigt reviews and advises on advertising and promotional materials.
