Wayne M. LeBlanc, an associate, is an experienced lawyer with diverse expertise in several areas of the law including real estate law, business law, probate law, and corporate law. Attorney LeBlanc devotes a large percentage of his profession to real estate law including all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions including conveyance, permits, land use and land disputes. He has represented clients by appearing before various city and town boards regarding issues surrounding land use and zoning matters from both residential and commercial real estate disputes. He has represented clients in resolving title issues and matters, which arise from disputes, and other matters associated with real estate transactions. Mr. LeBlanc is also well known for his expertise in litigating matters within the Massachusetts Land Court.
Attorney LeBlanc also has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in all areas of probate and family law. He has represented numerous clients with divorce proceedings, estate and trust matters, and guardianships.
Attorney LeBlanc represents small business owners relating to the formation of business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies, as well as the acquisition and sale of small businesses and small business ventures.
Attorney LeBlanc has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association, and Real Estate Bar Association since 1983. He has ten years experience as a member and past Chairman of the Board of Selectman for the Town of West Boylston, Massachusetts, which enables him to consider various aspects of municipal government matters on behalf of his clients. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he received his B.A. and attended the New England School of Las where he received his J.D. in 1982.
