Randal W. Randy began his legal career in the early 1980s as a law clerk for the firm then known as the DeParcq firm, a pioneer and powerhouse in the representation of railroad workers under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). Today, Randy's clients include railroad workers covered under the FELA, members of the Minnesota Vikings and other professional athletes in workers' compensation claims. He also represents people who have been seriously injured or who's family members have been killed as a result of the wrongful conduct of others, individuals or corporations.
In addition to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Randy is a member of The Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, and is privileged to serve as Designated Legal Counsel for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainmen, National Conference of Firemen & Oilers and the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen. Randy currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice. He possesses an A/V rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethics.
