Vogt, Kathy J.

Mr. Vilos joined the firm of Messenger & Overfield, P.C. in 2013. Prior to joining, Mr. Vilos practiced law in a general practice firm largely devoted to commercial and business litigation in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In addition to commercial and business litigation, Mr. Vilos has represented clients in workers compensation, criminal, property, family and personal injury matters.

Prior to devoting his energy to full-time practice, Mr. Vilos was employed as a Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Advisor, advising conventional weapons destruction programs in various countries, including: Iraq, Bulgaria, Sierra Leone, Libya and the Republic of Congo. This experience came as a direct result of the training he received while serving four years in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal specialist until his Honorable Discharged.

Mr. Vilos was born and raised in the Bighorn Basin and can appreciate the legal issues common to northern Wyomingites. When not in the office, Mr. Vilos enjoys spending time with friends and family and fly-fishing the Bighorn River.
