Vogel, Bernard

Tuongvy Le is an associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.

Practice

Ms. Le's practice focuses on securities enforcement and regulatory matters. She has represented individuals, public companies, major banks and hedge funds in enforcement matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, securities self-regulatory organizations, and state attorneys general. She has also advised clients on developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal rules and regulations. In 2011, Ms. Le was seconded to a major bank client to assist in government and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Le completed legal internships in the criminal division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Voting Rights section of the Department of Justice. She conducted research on the constitutionality of laws aimed at curbing childhood obesity for the Yale Rudd Center on Food Policy and Obesity and was a member of the Supreme Court Clinic.

Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Le was an associate in the Forensic and Dispute Consulting Group at Deloitte, where she conducted financial fraud investigations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and valuation of damages in commercial litigation.
