Believing the best way to help people was to learn the law from the other side's perspective, Ms. Leach started her practice at a large, national law firm.  There she learned the intricacies of complex litigation, representing banks, medical practices, developers, and employers.  She then shifted her practice to focus on creditors' rights in bankruptcy.

Now, Ms. Leach represents individuals and small businesses, helping them with bankruptcy, foreclosure, credit harassment, family  & employment law, and other litigation issues.

Ms. Leach is a graduate of Valencia Community College, where she received Valencia's most prestigious student honor--she was the 1994 Valencia Distinguished Graduate.  Ms. Leach continued her education at Rollins College, Hamilton Holt School where she received the equally prestigious designation of outstanding Graduating Senior. 

Ms. Leach attended the Florida State University College of Law on a two-year University Fellowship.  During her time at Florida State, Ms. Leach distinguished herself by being invited onto the FSU Law Review after her first semester due to her academic achievements.  She served as Notes & Comments Editor and Writing & Research Editor. Ms. Leach was a legal writing and research teaching assistant to Professor JoLen Wolf and research assistant to Professors Curtis Bridgeman, Phil Sutherland, and Lois Shephard.  Ms. Leach graduated with honors. 

Ms. Leach is an active member of the Central Florida community.  Serving as Chair of the ALS Association Walk to Defeat ALS in 2009 and 2010, Ms. Leach led a team of volunteers responsible for raising the most money and having the greatest attendance at any Florida ALSA Walk.

Ms. Leach serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, is a member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and is an active member and former committee chair of the Young Lawyer Section of the Orange County Bar Association. 

She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is admitted to the Middle District and Southern District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts of Florida and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In her free time, Ms. Leach can be found riding her bike or walking her chihuahua but not usually at the same time.
