Mr. Verska has an extensive background in construction finish and mass grading.  He has defended a broad range of construction clients in diverse cases from isolated defect claims involving a single-family residence to multi-faceted complex construction litigation involving over 250 residences.  For the past several years, his practice has emphasized construction defect litigation.  

While at law school, Mr. Verska achieved honors in legal research including an award for the best brief in the Legal Research Section.
