Michelle Vervais is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group and the WilmerHale Venture Group, and is a member of the International Transactions Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Practice
Ms. Vervais advises private and public companies on corporate law matters, including formation, governance, equity and compensation, early- and late-stage financings, securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. As a member of the WilmerHale Venture Group, Ms. Vervais’practice focuses on the legal issues facing early- and mid-stage companies. In addition, Ms. Vervais has represented public and private companies in various acquisition transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. Her clients include Agios Pharmaceuticals, Demandware and Heartland Robotics.
