Lisa Lathrop has acted as the principal lawyer in a wide variety of transactions involving privately held companies, with a focus on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. In doing so, she has experience working with a variety of deal structures in a wide range of industries. Lisa has extensive experience in leveraged buyout transactions, corporate restructurings, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. She leads the Private Equity Practice in the Chicago Office.
