Brian Larivee is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2009.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Larivee completed an internship with ACCION International, where he worked with the general counsel of a leading global international microfinance non-profit to assess and catalog legal risks and compliance issues related to non-profit status, taxes, corporate procedures and contracts. In addition to his summer associate position with WilmerHale, he completed a summer law internship with the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division in the Transportation, Energy, and Agriculture Division. Mr. Larivee also continued to advise telecom companies, completing discrete consulting projects for mobile network operator and handset manufacturer clients.

Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Larivee was a consultant with Mercator Partners in Concord, Massachusetts from 2003 to 2005. There, his clients included a government agency seeking advice on investing in broadband infrastructure and a major network operator seeking advice on innovation best practices.
