- Acting as lender's counsel for commercial lenders in SBA and USDA loans. Michael just completed a USDA loan in the amount of $1,630,000.00 for a Rhode Island lender for a property in Arizona.
- Permitting - Michael represented a builder in permitting a successful single family eight unit development in Tewksbury
- Divorce - Michael approaches each client's matter with diligent advocacy with the emphasis on negotiation and settlement to avoid clients getting into costly litigation.
