CiCi is a partner and chair of the firm's Family Law Group.She focuses her practice on all aspects of matrimonial law as well as complex probate litigation.Areas of concentration include divorce, custody, child support, modification, paternity, asset division and non-traditional family litigation.She also assists clients in pre-divorce strategy planning as well as developing pre- and post-nuptial agreements and asset protection.

CiCi deals with enforcement and modification of decrees entered in other states, reciprocal child custody, and complex asset division.In addition, she is a certified mediator and provides mediation and alternative dispute resolution services.

Prior to joining Mirick O'Connell, CiCi was a partner at the law firm of Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County and as a clerk for First Justice McGovern and Justice Boorstein in Middlesex Probate and Family Court.
