Vayner, Roman

Roman Vayner practices in the area of immigration law.  He has worked on a variety of individual immigration law issues, including family-based visa petitions, removal proceedings, and detention representation.  In addition, Mr. Vayner has represented businesses through various labor certification processes such as H1-B, H2-B, and PERM Labor Certifications.  Mr. Vayner is a native Russian speaker and is conversational in Spanish.
