SHORT SALE OR FORECLOSURE DEFENSE?
Short Sale good idea? Increasingly banks are engaging in short sales but you have to be very cautious because you might be responsible for the difference in the value of the mortgage and the short sale purchase price. Short sales are not for everyone but they can be very acceptable to certain individuals. I am willing to meet with you for a free consultation to go over your assets and to take a look at the value of the property compared to the mortgage and undertake your case for a short sale and the alternative to defend a foreclosure for a flat fee that I break down to two monthly payments. ASSOCIATION FEES- THE NEW NIGHTMARE
Many people who purchase condominiums are bought into communities with high monthly association dues are finding that these associations can be vicious financially. I can provide advice on how to fend off these attacks even though some are quite difficult to defend in that the amounts involved do not justify attorney fees. Again this is a topic where one size does not fit all. BANKRUPTCY?- A REALISTIC SOLUTION.
Bankruptcy does not go away after 7 years, that is a myth, it stays with you for the rest of your life and it affects your credit and the interest rates you might receive. There are certain instances where it is an appropriate resolution of certain financial dilemmas. Foreclosure is not one and most bankruptcy attorneys over charge for their services and simply file standard forms and you end up with your credit destroyed. I can discuss this option with you. I do not favor it. There are better methods than bankruptcy to handle the vast majority of the underwater mortgage situations.
