Paul concentrates his practice in civil and criminal litigation, but works with individuals and businesses on achieving positive results in various areas of law. Since becoming a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2007, Paul has primarily focused his practice on the courtroom, where his experience includes civil and criminal jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunctions, dispositive motions, and appeals. In addition to trying civil and criminal cases to verdict, Paul has represented his clients' interests in business and real estate transactions and disputes.
Paul began working with the founding members of the firm while in college, and he joined Jim and Wally Fayssoux permanently upon completion of law school in 2007. While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, he was a member of Moot Court and Order of the Barristers and received the American Jurisprudence award in Appellate Advocacy.
