While at the University of Arizona, Alison participated in the Arizona Blue Chip Program, a four year leadership development program. The Blue Chip Program allowed Alison to develop a deeper understanding of leadership and how to apply it in everyday life. She took classes on leadership, mentored students, and attended and presented at leadership conferences as part of her membership in this program.
