Thane Vallette represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts and other alternative dispute resolution forums. His experience covers a broad range of areas, including ERISA, business torts, bad faith insurance, and contractual disputes. He has extensive experience assisting clients during all phases of discovery and motion practice.

Thane recently served as lead counsel in a federal ERISA bench trial and currently supervises and coordinates the litigation of more than 12 active cases before courts in India. Thane previously worked as a member of a team of attorneys retained to defend a client in a complex 59-count criminal racketeering and criminal forfeiture case. He also conducted the direct examination of an expert witness in an administrative hearing before the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board, in the Firm's representation of DeWayne McKinney, an individual wrongly convicted of murder who spent 19 years in prison.

Thane is a member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
