Mary Catherine Lamoureux is a senior associate in the office. She has extensive experience in all areas of litigation involving insurance coverage and liability issues in both state and federal court including sinkhole claims, water damage losses, dog bites, personal injury, and construction related matters. She has also represented commercial clients in contract disputes and assisted them with compliance issues. Ms. Lamoureux handles all aspects of settlements made on behalf of minors with insurance companies.
Ms. Lamoureux has taught as an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College and University of Tampa.
Ms. Lamoureux received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, New York City in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Yale University in 1984, where she was chief aide for noted Art History Professor Robert Farris Thompson.
Ms. Lamoureux is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, New York State Bar, State Bar of Texas, and Connecticut Bar Association, and is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
