Urban, Brian J.

Khon Tuy is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Tuy was awarded both a Florida Bar Foundation Public Services Fellowship and a Florida State University Center for the Advancement of Human Rights travel stipend to pursue a legal internship of her choosing with Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. At BABSEA, Ms. Tuy collaborated with over twenty other interns from across the globe to tackle pressing legal injustices in Cambodia. The Florida Bar Foundation honored Ms. Tuy a second time with a Legal Services Fellowship towards service at Florida Rural Legal Services in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she managed her own caseload from start to finish. Ms. Tuy also served as Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the City Attorney at the City of Tallahassee, garnering experience in a variety of practice areas ranging from insurance subrogation to employment discrimination. Prior to joining Florida PIP Law Firm, Ms. Tuy was an associate with a prominent bankruptcy law firm in central Florida.

Ms. Tuy's current practice is centered on personal injury protection insurance litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
