Updike, Tracy Lynn

Mr. Turnbull is an associate attorney specializing in creditors’ rights, asset recovery, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and municipal law. Mr. Turnbull received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 2009 and his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 2012. At Wayne State University, he served as senior note editor on the Journal of Law in Society and his note was published in Volume 13, Number 1 of the Journal. Mr. Turnbull is licensed to practice before the Michigan State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Turnbull was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2012 and is also a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to becoming an associate attorney with O’Reilly Rancilio P.C., Mr. Turnbull was a law clerk for the firm since 2011.
