Kristan Laden's practice focuses on complex real estate investments, joint ventures, and real estate private equity fund formations. She is experienced in real estate company mergers and acquisitions; portfolio acquisitions; real estate financing, including construction and permanent loans; and negotiating joint ventures formed to develop industrial, mixed-use, and hotel properties. Kristan regularly represents real estate private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and real estate investment trusts.

Her clients include CalEast Industrial Investors, CB Richard Ellis Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, Orion Capital Managers, and Simon Property Group.

Kristan volunteers for the Working In the Schools Program and is an associate member of the Council for Women of Boston College. She is a member of The Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
